North Georgia Laundry Co. provides residential and commercial wash, dry, and fold laundry services with local pickup and delivery. We do not offer in-home services or on-site washing.
Pricing:
Prices are based on bag size and include pickup/delivery. Oversized items (comforters, blankets, rugs, etc.) incur an additional fee. Weekly clients receive discounted pricing. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Turnaround Time:
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours. Rush service may be available for an added fee. Delays due to weather or unforeseen events will be communicated.
Pickup & Delivery:
Available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays within our service area. Clients must leave laundry in tied bags in a designated pickup location. We are not responsible for missing or stolen laundry left unattended.
Item Care & Liability:
We use industry-standard detergents. Clients must notify us of special care needs in advance. We are not liable for damage to items with existing wear/tear, damage caused by items left in pockets, or issues with items that bleed, shrink, or fade unless due to our negligence. Use of mesh bags for small items is recommended.
Claims & Disputes:
Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Our liability is limited to the cost of cleaning or replacing damaged items (up to $50 per item).
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before scheduled pickup. Same-day cancellations may incur a $10 fee.
Payment:
Payment is due upon delivery or in advance. Accepted: Credit/debit card, cash, or Square invoice. Late payments may suspend service.
Privacy:
Client information is confidential and used only for service communications. We do not share or sell client data.

We want you to be happy with your laundry! While we don’t accept returns (as this is a service, not a product), we will always work to make things right.
Service Concerns:
If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We will rewash affected items at no cost or offer a partial refund if necessary.
Missing or Damaged Items:
Report within 24 hours. If confirmed, we may offer a refund or replacement (up to $50 per item). We are not responsible for pre-damaged items or damage from items left in pockets.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made 12+ hours before pickup will be fully refunded if prepaid. Late cancellations may be charged a $10 fee. No refunds are issued after laundry is picked up and processed.
Final Note:
We value our clients and take pride in our service. If something isn’t right, please reach out—we want to fix it.
